i think the omnibus was a trap… but not for trump… some people are starting to go through the deal and realizing there are a few select phrases that alters the application of the bill… for example… the planned parenthood funding does not cover abortions except in extreme situations
in what respect… congress completely controls the purse… its like telling yourself not to eat a cookie when you really want one.

Look at the notable nay's on the spending bill… some very familiar names that voted against all the pork they could get… now why is that… furthermore.. since it is a spending bill and not a budget… is trump legally obligated to execute the funding as directed… or would it be considered more of a guideline?
