I suffer from traumatic brain injury ( I was hit by a hit-and run diver on my bike.) I suffer from major depression due to my injuries. Tumeric is very helpful with depression focus and inflammation. This anon gets it, inflammation is a major cause of depression. The other one I would add to the list would be lions mane (I take the dried powder in capsules.) It is a yuuge helps with anxiety depression , detox, and focus.

Tumeric helps with neuro growth and more effective than Prozac. Its very subtle how it works with zero side effects.

The longer I take Turmeric and Lions Mane The better I feel.

Hmm not sure about that. In my experience the pressure and swelling is physically reduced. No more pressure on the brain and headaches. It is also helping with overall processing and executive function abilities. My immune system is off the charts I never get sick. I am also constantly doing internal intention work that helps tremendously. Meditation is key. (releases GBH). I have come a long way since I was hit. Pulling me out of depression was definitely Lyons mane and Tumeric. (It was all I was taking) I could not take anti-depressants or the other SSRIs. Because… well they are SSRIs
