Make your own bread or seek out real bread in the stores. I suggest orowheat brand

all the rest of it is contaminated with bromides

It's not the bread that's bad it's the poisons they add to the bread

Yeah put lugols iodine on your arm and see if you still have a orange spot in 8 hours

You can use 2% or 5% gotta buy it online nobody local will carry it, not even the health food stores in my area have it for a reasnoable price. I dont' like paying $40 for a 1oz bottle I can buy online for $12, I can buy 16oz online for $80, or I can buy the stuff to make my own for about $20 that will make about a half gallon of iodine. Personally I prefer Lugols, Price VS convenience is there.

Just make sure you take selenium with it along with the other supporting vitamins, including magnesium, vitamin c, b vitams and others. Do your research.

Also 50MG a day or 20 drops of 2% iodine would be a good goal to work towards. You might only be able to handle 2 or 3 drops a day at first.

I was taking 2 eyedroppers full then noticed that's when I was getting a little bit of chest pain, now I'm down to 1 eyedropper full a day. Found out that the chest pain was a sign of flouride detoxification.
