Not sure what you are using for your graphics but there is a great free program called Irfanview. It's a viewer and you can do some limited editing and file conversion/resizing, crop etc. so not much of any learning curve.

Keep in mind that the Industry considers living 5 years to be "cured" and then it comes back and metastasizes and worse.
Not sure how feasible this is, but preview of your post before sending would be awesome.
