Agreed. But then there's the problem of the majority of Congress being enemies of America, which makes me want Trump to have the unconstitutional power. Lesser evil is Trump. The Constitution has been decimated anyway. We'd have to wipe out the federal gov't to restore it. It's either fully respected or we are a banana republic. Let's not pretend we are a nation of laws. Not until every treasonous POS is perp walked. And then we'd still have to level the federal govt.
