I dont think it is a sister board but in November of 2017 right after Q started dropping stuff the Pizzagate board on VOAT sticked a link to Q at the top of their board and left it for a month….it is the reason I found Q so early.
I def think Q went fishing all the websites that had people ready to perhaps believe and started dropping nuggets to draw us in.
