I had wondered about that too. I have always thought that Q has spoken to us with multiple voices. One person on my radar as a latter day voice (maybe since late December?) is the recently fired John McEntee, who was Trump's personal assistant. Q slowed down a lot after he left. But in the bigger picture, Q is a team, and when we need to hear something new from the team someone will speak to us, IMHO.
