Tripcode has more meaning than the word update maybe.....You wouldn't put a capital U on update normally unless it starts the sentence.
I personally wouldn't put a capital T on tripcode if it's the second word in a sentence, but remember this is Q we're talking about, they have their way of doing things.
If the wall was to be build by contractors, they would need to employ people who would be willing to risk life and limb, they would be shot at by cartels. Security would be needed.
Getting the Army to do this, well they already give their lives for the USA they will know the risk of doing this, they're their own security, They know their brothers and sisters will protect them.
They get military pay anyway and from the sounds of it all military will be getting a rise, long awaited!
