TILLERSON did something in Kenya is my guess and Q knew when he posted that Kenya would be news straight after Iran.
The world of geopolitics is a beast unto itself, clearly with agendas we have no clue about. I sought out oil reserves in Kenya and while it has been discovered it would not be sufficient to interest Exxon I believe.
