The Term "Old Guard", to be more specific;
Old - long lived, sustained, ongoing, current(?)
Guard - protect, watch over, sentinel
It sounds like an very old and yet ongoing protection who is watching over something.
Who is guarded? Humanity? Since when?
Who are the Guardians? Who is watching over the old guards?
Maintain the stereotype groups, keep busy and give artificial goals, for the poor and the rich, for each class their own guard, their own city, absolute separation of the classes, divide to controll. By everything, religion, politcs, hobbies, each opinion given by the guards held by each individuel as his own opinion. Choose a side and be against the other side. Us vs. Them. Left vs. Right. Stay busy and fight the oppostion, and never consider this concept to be artificial or your own side to be just a smoke screen.

keep in mind, the evil is hidding behind the good, when i talk about a threat to the nation, i mean (((nation))), Deep State, the Evil.
The Deep State is the actual threat to the Nation and yet, the evil corrupted people from within the Deep State went so far up, with their control over the nation way down to the deepest aspect of the mind of each individual of the Nation, that the people itself became corrupt. When you want to remove the Deep State, you have to remove these normal brainwashed people too. The natural behavior will always run back to the mechanism given to them by the cancerous deep state. No matter how much you burn down from the deep state.
