It's not just one website but a whole group of them, with a lot of work put into it. This is clearly a Clown operation.
It's not a hoax, but a Limited Hangout.
They include some truth, but mixed with lies, and in this case they are trying to divert attention from the real powers that run the Cabal, and claim that it is the British Royals.
The British Royals were indeed in charge of the Cabal for a few centuries, but they were replaced by the House of Saud who are the lead of ALL the royal families of the world. Possibly even QE II or her father, handed over the position, because they wanted the family to get out of the NWO plan.
