So did No Name set up a plan where EU would provide the Northern Storm lethal weapons, and then have a good number of them defect to ISIS with the goods? Then cause chaos in Syria, but pay Turkey $3B (that's just from Germany) to accept some of the fallout, which allows ISIS to expand?
