Basically yes, though I think it was a well-meaning one; in other words, the people who made it were not trying to slide or distract. They misunderstood a request made by Q and took it too literally. As far as I can tell, Q has never used, endorsed, or encouraged the clock graphic that we all used to use so often.

Not quite, my friend. That's an old one, it still has a thin white border around it. I don't have time to work on it right now but fixing that is not a huge undertaking. Another time perhaps.
