I think what we've seen over the past years could be explained in principle by this tiny clip I just watched when 'researching' HOW avalanches occur.

It's also like buliding a dam. Imagine Wray being the dam. Of sorts.

He's holding back so much shit because the pressure has to build up so that a CRITICAL MASS is able to generate the pressure needed to get everything piled on in motion. Wray is (hopefully) an artificial barrier to gain this kind of momentum.

Barr saying "Wray is doing his job" solidifies it for me.

Question is: What's the trigger gonna be?
