University profs I know say the bigger problem is the entire education system in the U.S. VERY few schools can begin to adequately train for STEM. Worse is the fact the the morans coming out of public schools cannot learn shit about anything.
You've got to dead with the schooling. The best companies do not want American puff balls because they only want gibs and they cannot perform. POTUS just don't get that.
