The 2nd and 3rd sentences in the tweet (23) are the focus of this decode.

I cross canceled the zeroes, percent signs, commas and both words "up".

What we're left with is: 789?Only5!

Next, I counted the character spaces between the numbers 9 &5.(5)

That leaves me with: ghi _ _ _ e!

Final decode: ghi SLAIN e!

I thought it was important. Let me know what you think.

After the "9" in the 2nd sentence is where my decode begins. It ends at the "5". 9-5 workday? Assuming one gets a 401k? I hope I'm not the only crazy person who sees the correlation.

Since inches is abbreviated ins, if you eliminate those letters from 'slain' you are left with LA. This could mean many places, but my assumption would be Los Angeles.
