There is no Q clearance. Read Q's subsequent post on the topic.

 

I held a TS/SCI as a pilot because I had to know highly classified info about our capabilities and weapon systems and was also read into intelligence on other countries, which if compromised could reveal collection sources/methods. There were definitely higher levels above what I had.

Whatever it is, it has nothing to do with military intelligence, which is what Q is. Never heard anything about a "Q" clearance in all my time as an officer the military.
