ok ill drop it as well after just saying that it could also be interpreted that Q (themselves) dont actually work for doe but the info is classified at that level. i was talking about Q level information, Q himself could easily be nsa or naval intel or whatever, im assuming they share shit all the time

the info, and Qs id, are both addressed in the post you referenced

"who would have the goods on U1?"

doe, absolutely, ie Q clearance

"Does stating Q refer to that person working in doe?" "no"

he clearly answers he's not (necessarily) working for doe, the information is Q level doe stuff

thats what i was saying

so yes, doe is absolutely relevant because of uranium 1

maybe the reason all the decodes and predictions fail

even our understanding of the politics routinely fails

is because all of the drops are essentially encoded through an Enigma type device

even the seemingly obvious ones

the way Enigma worked and why it was thought to be unbreakable was that it took a comm, say:

>theres an ally fleet in the med heading north

and rather than supplementing key words for others, it transformed the whole thing into something benign and impossible to decode, like

>my dog is sick i have to take him to the vet

only by passing that through the Enigma machine would you be able to read "theres a fleet in the mid atlantic"

maybe all of Qs posts are like this and "we" need the cypher, without it it will just continue to be failed prediction after failed decode after failed political event

interestingly, they cracked Enigma (if the movie is accurate) by realized that each comm had "heil hitler" at the end, and were able to reverse engineer the Enigma machine using that, kinda like the rosetta stone
