I'm sure they probably do all those things they claim. In addition, maritime surveillance? With GPS to tag the images and satellite uplink, they could be continuously photographing and uploading data. I would be shocked if they're not doing that.

Consider: Mankind supposedly sends probes to other planets to record and transmit data observations. Why wouldn't we be doing that all over the earth too?

Just a whole fuck-ton of circumstantial evidence that anons have been amassing.

If you haven't dug in the circumstantial evidence I wouldn't expect you to believe it. I'm not going to bother to try to persuade you. In intel work, if 7 pieces of evidence corroborate one another, then speculation approaches certainty.

I'm convinced. I don't care if you are.

Sooner or later the truth will come out and speculation will not be necessary.

So they have operable sails, looks like maybe 300W of solar panels (i'm guessing based on the size and assuming panels are on both sides of the sail), and an enclosed flotation body. There would be batteries and a complete computer inside.

So wonder what's on that little vertical aluminum-shiny mast at the front? Instruments I presume. And what are the wind-vane thingies that traverse the sail horizontally? Would have been fun to develop these things. Now, anon is out of that game.

starting with the phrase
