This was a year after the DOJ notified the FISA Court of some (but not all) of his FISA deficiencies in July 2018

I think this matters -- possibly a lot -- because Pientka was apparently involved directly in the spygate operation to spy on candidate --President Trump, and to take down General Flynn with a setup.
