i dont think this had to do with GL…
this may have been a notice to a certain group that was using the specific starwars in game chat function to prevent from being intercepted.
sigint is the collection of intercepted communications through airwaves and wiretaps little did these people know they were already being surveiled.
but again dont think this was related to GL could be wrong.
