Two months ago - when Soleimani was alive, Iran massacred hundreds of its citizens over a gas-price protest, which did not result in a massive demonstration of outrage by the people. In contrast, after Soleimani’s death, massive anti-government protests have formed over the downing of a foreign airline wherein most the deaths were non-Iranian. Looks like Soleimani was the kingpin! Interesting!
