Watched "Official Secrets" recently. It mentioned that the Bush admin had put together "a special team" outside of normal IC channels to develop intelligence supporting the war.

Reminded me very much of the use of the Crossfire Hurricane "team" fabricating circular reports to build a "case" against POTUS.

The movie also dug into what happens when a government uses classification to hide illegal acts.
