Increased rate is for January 11, 2020 starting around 0600 in some time zone, for a 20 km radius around Toronto.
EURDEP Gamma Dose Rates Advanced Map
The Advanced Map shows measurements of environmental radioactivity in the form of hourly gamma dose rate averages going back up to 35 days. The measurements originate from approximately 5500 stations.
Text facilitates future historians searching the breads.
It appears that most of Europe experiences much higher rates than anywhere in North America.
Really have to magnify the map and read the tiny print.
