I watched his and Esper's interview with Tapper this morning, so I don't recall which one answered a Question by tapper about Bagdad embassy getting notice of imminent threats.

I think he was referring to a WAPO or NYT report that stated 'unnamed sources at our embassy in Bagdad did not get any notice that a threat was imminent.

Whichever secretary it was says that they did not notify the embassy because of whatever he said.

My point is that there are obviously DS hangovers at our Bagdad embassy, which white hats know about.
