If they did training (which I find highly unlikely), it is happening Monday. I find it unlikely because with an event that big, they'd likely just do it the day before and tell everyone under the penalty of being fired that it is 100% confidential until their told. Yes, it would be a shitshow, but you just don't use loose lips on changing out money. This would be sprung on the employees VERY quickly. It is top-level emergency shit.
I think everyone was trying to hit the magic number and that dude with the fucked up videos happened to hit it.
Sounds like the public story for gutting SES.
Awesome. MSM fucks it up again…
Maybe by "new money", they're talking about newly printed bills. They likely do get training on that. There is a whole process of the used bills vs. new bills and I wouldn't be surprised if they have people come in asking to get new bills for old bills.
Damn. Way to eclipse Hogg.
Could be, yes.
Not sold. I understand the premise, but I'm not convinced of major coming events without major evidence. I can find simpler explanations for this info. Just sayin'. Will log it in my cranium for future use. Thanks.
Shouldna made that bet…dammit…
I was in Europe when they changed to the Euro. Of course, that was pre-announced for years.
It doesn't take much training as they're replacing like bills for other like bills with a 1:1 conversion rate for a matter of at least months.
>Wasn't 1:1 but it was pretty seamless.
Yes, it was illegal to charge different prices but everyone did it anyway. Interesting times were those. (I have a whole set of first-print Euro.)
My point is not that it wouldn't leak, but the time delay between the training and implementation. They wouldn't do training days in advance. It would be dropped to most of the people in the branches the day it happened or in a special mandatory meeting after hours the night before. Think about it - there's almost nothing to train people on for the exchange. "Don't give out old bills. Give new ones instead. Tell everyone they're worth the same thing." 15 minute meeting - done.
