The Indians took over my last department. It got to the point where the Indian boss (who was covered by his Indian boss) told me to my face he looked up my salary and made it clear that people in his department don't get what they deserve, they get what they get.

Since they were pushing diversity, I just quit. Not worth it for me to deal with it, especially when there is no one who gives a fuck about the discrimination going on.
