I think I’ve got it figured out!

I was wondering why the hell he’d sign the bill. His BASE hated it! So he says he’s forced to sign in six months he’s got to do this all over or offer continuing resolution to keep this going budget wise. So now he can say look st what they made me do this horrible thing and we shouldn’t have put up with this. Let’s Spassky a LINE ITEM VETOE! He’s got the sword!
