You're an odd one. Facts are supposed to matter here. This post is 100% accurate, easily researched. The Uniparty may have ignored O but they won't do it for Trump. Fact the Uniparty in charge does not want the wall and won't appropriate (hand him the money) the funds. Grow up and research.
Corsi is wrong, IF Congress was not on board with the spending they will not appropriate funds. Just because they ignored O does not mean they will ignore Trump. The Uniparty does not want a wall. The Dems will scream loud. Congress will buckle and not appropriate the funds.
Congress has not AUTHORIZED the funds, that is a process where they can vote to block. If Trump wanted to break the law and MISAPPROPRIATE funds like O did, what do you think Mueller will do? The advantage O had was the Uniparty let him do anything he wanted.
That's the problem with the SC, if Trump j-walks he's getting impeached.
He might be able to argue that, but he still doesn't have the money. The AUTHORIZATION process is where he get's the money. Fact Congress has not authorized the money. He will have to MISAPPROPRIATE funds to build a wall if Uniparty says no. Maybe there's some clause during war or something but not the 'normal process'.
