suppose he had hubris and questioned POTUS timing or strategy

suppose he made tactical errors in the drops and failed to correct them

supppose he sat by while morale on the boards deteriorated

what would POTUS do? FIRED

even in court the person who took the photo must authenticate

and no i have watched guys with telescopes on both sides and the FE have the better argument
