His Latah Co. arrest is for a misdemeanor traffic case re failure to show/have insurance. Once arraigned or violated in that case, he will either be given bail or released on that case only and transported back to County Jail to be transported tto Polk County jail pending arraignment in his felony no-bail hold case.
