Not sure if Veritas did anything more than get a violent communist fired from the Bernie campaign.

Which has most, if not all, of the violent people, politically speaking, including without limitation Antifa.

>including 2 Independents who caucus with Democrats.

Including one who is the [D] Party Con pick.

Unreal that the [D] Party doesn't have to pick a [D] candidate as its nominee, or failing that, force Bernie to become a [D].

Deep State Picks FISA Court Apologist to Reform FISA Court

Meadows Says Congress Could Block FISA Court Renewal over David Kris Appointment

Representative Mark Meadows (R., N.C.) warned Monday that the FISA Court’s controversial appointment of Obama-DOJ lawyer and Carter Page critic David Kris as a special adviser to help oversee reforms to the FBI could result in Congress denying FISA reauthorization in March.

“I can tell you that a few of us, are not only appealing this to the Judge who has now taken over the FISA process, but we are also looking at this when it comes to renewing the FISA process within Congress,” Meadows told conservative commentator Sara Carter.

“There’s a renewal of a section of the FISA that is coming up,” Meadows added, saying he was in discussions with former representative and House Judiciary Committee chairman Bob Goodlatte — who previously requested a special counsel to investigate FISA abuses — over potential next steps.

“We’re now working very actively with the administration to make sure that no American — not just the President of the United States, not Carter Page, it’s not just a few people — but to ensure that no American’s civil liberties were actually infringed upon, and that’s what happened here,” Meadows said. “Not only did it happen, but it happened deliberately and until we fix it, all Americans are at risk.”

Hey Mark.

Let Anons fix the FISA Court. It will run exactly the same way, and with the same utility, and with the same results, with absolutely no impact on the budget past an initial $25 investment. Intel will still get its warrants, and 3 times out of 10,000, it may just misfire and not work the first time through, but will work the second. Just like the FISA court!

Okay, Mark, we get it. You don't went to replace the entire FISA Court apparatus with an "Approved" stamp. Bad optics.

Even though you know it would produce the same results.

So here's an actual reform you can implement.

Devil's Advocate

FISA targets obviously do not know they are in court, and obviously do not have an attorney present. But they can, and should, have an attorney present, and in the form of a Devil's Advocate. This full time government JAG attorney would be in every hearing (you do plan on making the FISA Court hold hearings, right?) making the same argument every single FISA application: "Not enough evidence available for a warrant."

So you still have the veneer of some sort of judicial proceeding, but now with actual protections for Americans. (Remember that the FISA court was supposed to not targeet Americans, Mark? You may want to remind people of that.)

Or just shut the damn thing down.

Because it's bullshit.

And a system cannot run when the foundation is bullshit.
