Finally made the time to get through these videos. Another anon suggested letting these videos run in the background while you are working on something else - I'll second that. These videos are long but worth the time. I know this is old hat for some of you, but it helped piece a bunch of things together for me.
If you believe Andy Basagio's story, it really brings up some questions about fate and the certainty of the future. Riddle me this, if Obama is one of the jumpers going to Mars, is privy to who future presidents are going to be (just like Andy), and stays with the program to the end (unlike Andy) and end up becoming president, you gotta assume that he had the best information available for the looking glass.

My assumption is that light will go slower in any medium than when compared to a vacuum… in my mind a Birkland current electric field would slow light (https://phys.org/news/2011-05-when-the-speed-of-light.html) but I don't understand if different orthogonalities (y axis vs z axis) would make a difference. Why is this significant? Is the added energy trading speed of the photon for a wavicle that takes on more properties of something with mass? I'm kind of stumped.

100 gorillion is right. I hadn't thought about multiple looking glass tech used by different teams. Maybe in the old days (does that even make sense in the context of this conversation), they used to take an "observe only" position. But later on started to actively shift history?

According to Wikipedia, Putin divorced his wife on June 6, 2013. So if there was a clone, it happened before then… I would guess prior to his presidential inauguration on May 12, 2012.
