Most net carriers use dynamic IP as a security measure. Mine changes several times a day no matter what I'm doing online. You have to pay extra to have a static IP. Either the morons on here know that and are paid shills or they are truly ignorant. Whether they have a point about someone is irrelevant but they should cut the shit about the IP hopping since it's common practice these days among the carriers.
