NPCs are only under extreme mind control like every one even (you) just to varying degrees of awake. If they are "soul-less" it is possible their souls are not fully present within their body and are trapped in the 5D matrix of "heaven".

When the earth is at a more geomagnetically stable and natural state and we are out from under the grip of the cabalah tree of death matrix, souls will be free and I can imagine every one will have the capacity to hold/wield their soul with a stronger will power. For now, our wills and our "eye of horus" are being hoarded and manipulated thru the dark spells, so weaker individuals are more "zombie-like" and

will give reactions like the one anon stated above where they blanked out the earlier pill.

The whole freakin matrix has been designed to create individuals like this, it doesn't mean they are hopeless or "soul-less".

Congrats on not being NPC, but if you make it an "us vs them" you fall in to the division trap and thats a part of the spell too.
