Lawfags correct me if I am wrong, but when the Senate goes to argue evidence that was presented and they try to get this in, I believe the operative legal objection POTUS’ attorneys will bring is FACTS NOT IN EVIDENCE or if Schumer tries to even mention the “new” evidence, the objection will be, ASSUMES FACTS NOT IN EVIDENCE. and said “new” evidence will be stricken and not allowed.
