Don't fall for false teachings or religions. While numbers will have meaning behind them, all things must be interpreted from God's Word (your King James Bible).
Angel numbers: "Remember, angels are celestial beings who live in a realm that exists at a higher vibrational frequency than the physical world. Being celestial messengers of our highest truth, God, or Source, angels are bound by the laws of God and therefore can not interfere with the events in our lives without our direct consent. This is why our guardians have to send their guidance to us in signs and symbolic messages."
Angels don't need our consent, they need Gods. Otherwise Job could have said no to satan (he's an angel) when God consented that satan was allowed to kill all his children, take away all his substance, strike his body with painful boils, but not kill job himself (consent denied). i.e. God does what God wants to do for his pleasure, it is all his will.
He is the King of kings, Lord or lords, God of gods.
You have to think of it in terms of normal things:

You're walking your dog down the sidewalk. A truck drives by and your dog tries to jump in front of it, but he's on a lead and you pull him back. i.e. you're in control even though the dog tried to will differently by stupidly trying to jump in front of the truck.

Your toddler is crawling around while your cooking in the kitchen. While the toddler wants to stay there, you don't think it's safe for him, so you pick him up and put him in the playpen even though he's kicking and screaming all the way. You have higher dominion, and it rules over the will of those who are below it.

You're dragged in front of the judge or king. You're innocent, but the government/higher power who has dominion over you is corrupt. Doesn't matter if you're innocent, if they want to throw you in the jail or execute you, and it's in their power, they can do it. Injustices happen all the time, but God considers all of it.
(Ecclesiastes 5:8) "If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they."
The way I'm seeing all of these synchronicities, is it's all fate, God's will, and he knows what ways for me to increase my faith, just as other born again Christians know how God has increased their faith in him over their lives.
(Matthew 6:30) "Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?"
(Matthew 8:26) "And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm."
(Matthew 16:8) "Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread?"
(Luke 12:28) "If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?"
