Provide a perfect environment for the early development of life, with one simple stipulation, in that the orbiting planetary bodies, would want to be tidally locked to the parent dwarf star. Such was likely the case for our own planet. Another area where "conventional wisdom" falls far too short of an adequate explanation, despite repeatedly stating their opinion as if "we know…"
