>The president has also suggested complementing Russia’s Constitution with a special requirement that a candidate running for the post of head state should be a resident of Russia for no less than 25 years and have neither foreign citizenship nor an overseas residence permit, not just at the moment of the election, but never before in the past.

>Under the Constitution today, any Russian citizen who has lived in the country for no less than ten years can be elected as Russia’s president.

This is the real reason for the freakout.

A certain group destroyed Russia, ruled the Soviet and then lost it (why they have such a grudge agains RUSHAH), and are the oligarchs even today. They planned to insert one of their own as a way to regain power and control.

>Putin is not enabling freedom right

He is protecting Russia from the people who destroyed it and set up the Soviet Union.

Also, making WWII Soviet archives public is a YUGE threat to them because it will show how much of the anti-German propaganda is totally false and how many war crimes (in the actual sense of the word) were committed not by Germans but by the Soviet. And they were horrific.

So the WWII narrative will fall apart and the "new world order" that they created in the aftermath will lose legitimacy.

That is an enormous threat to their power and their agenda.

Checked and I don't mind if some are repeated a few times, after all different people are here from around the world and all timezones, but you are right - if you have to shove them down peoples' throats, they're not effective.
