I was just working backwards from what has to be the theoretical conclusion. Which is the military justice system imposing real justice.
That concludes that all civilian options have been exhausted including SC.
As long as there exists a higher authority for remedy, military can’t get involved.
So Congress even a “ successful “ impeachment can’t be enough. Has to go higher.
Think you are on to something. Always unanswered question of how would Trump actually be removed.
What if still has claims of impropriety ( of course). Or if physically won’t leave? Who has to get him out? FBI?Military? Marshals? What if they don’t/won’t? How would that be resolved?
