Sort of (though unusual in all American jurisprudence) the House were a grand jury handing down an indictment, that indictment will be delivered to the Senate to hear the case and make a determination of guilt.
It will be interesting to see if Roberts (all the FISA garbage he has allowed) will act as presiding Judge.
