thing, because as I'm casually watching (couple hours old) Fox in the background, they're stressing OVER and OVER the literal, physical walking of the paperwork from the House to the Senate, in a way that strikes me as being conspicuous overkill.
in retrospect, as it applies to now, it's good that Clinton was impeached, because after all was said and done, he got re-elected and everything went on like nothing had really happened.
Everyone old enough to remember was permanently desensitized to a single-chamber impeachment.
