Actually Joe and Hunter are the ones that are more important to the actual case.
Dems are saying there is no justification for POTUS to be inquiring into the Biden dealings. All the Repubs need to do is show:
1) POTUS is chief executive and law enforcement officer, having the Constitutional obligation to enforce federal law and
2) Reasonable suspicion that a violation of federal law by Hunter/Joe and whoever else
