But that would limit the pool of people doing the job to those who are well-off financially and can go for 2-4 years with no pay (or on spouse's wages/salary) and maintain 2 domiciles. That would eliminate a great amount of people who would do a good job but aren't well off enough to do it with no pay.

But I agree on strict term limits. It was never supposed to be a career.

I'm so glad you broke through the wall and now are in positive reception territory! I don't bake here but I do the spreadsheet so Q's posts have to look 'vanilla' for the screenshots, so I'm still using the old Toastmaster 2.5.5.
