Your argument is flawed on multiple levels.
For one, you lack a shred of empirical evidence to support your "conspiracy".
The reason NOT to go above 40,000ft is not hard to understand.
The higher we go, the less facts you have to go on based merely on "speculation"
and "it just feels right", non of which has any bases or foundation on pure, logical,
factual, tangible evidence to support it.
