Only if they're are taken out simultaneously (eg: a nuke hits DC). A Prez being removed does not promote a House Speaker to VP. Pence would be able to appoint his VP; and that wouldn't be Pelosi.

Trump is at >90% among Rep core voters. NINETY PERCENT!!. If he traded our nuclear launch codes for Putin's Netflix password and remained above 90% you still wouldn't see 20 R senators go against him.
