This is the largest I could find showing the golden clip on the pen (cut out from original).

 

There's some brand name or something slightly visible.

Looks like the last three letters could be "USA".

Can't read the rest of it well enough. Maybe someone else recognizes it or some graphicsfag can enhance it

Didn't find any either. Engraving on the clip could be custom made… no idea.

There's something like a circular logo above the letters, but I wasn't able to recognize that either.

Letters to me look like "GAP ARG USA" or "GAF ARD USA" – but doesn't make much sense this way or the other.
