Reason for impeachment articles delay

was NOT Pelosi's desire for stalling

but rather

the Plan calls for articles to move to the Senate AFTER

signing of US-China Trade Agreement Phase one.

Thoughts, anons?

The timing is just too perfect to be coincidental.

I am tempted to believe it was PLANNED.
