Appreciated anon! As boatfag I am trying to locate marine shipping partners and the vessels that may be transporting CEMEX products while engaging in trafficking. Vancouver is on Watch List as many bulkers make port call there, so far unable to confirm CEMEX ties to any of them, the hunt continues.
