That video tho that showed Iran hit the plane with 2 missiles, fired with quite a long amount of time between. An incoming missile would be moving much faster than a plane, they’d of had to get a clue after the first hit that it was moving to slow, obvs they wanted to make sure the plane crashed with no survivors.
